Many regular chiropractic patients will tell you: regular chiropractic care helps them sustain true wellness. But what is wellness? Wellness is optimum health with 100% function.

In a recent chiropractic conference for continuing education, Dr. Miller learned of a recent study that revealed that chiropractic care may reverse the effects and pain of mild arthritis (though every person and their experience may be different). If you have severe arthritis, however, it can be quite dangerous, so please talk to Dr. Miller beforehand, so he can help you develop a health care plan right for you.
The study talks mostly about how chiropractic care can actually prevent arthritis, however, by normalizing the joint function.
By being proactive, regular care can help with more than just arthritis. Chiropractic care has been known to relieve pain and discomfort during pregnancy, boost your immunity, improve digestion, and relieve numerous other ailments, by relieving inflammation and realigning the body.
On average, a chiropractic adjustment is good for about 4-8 weeks, though it may be recommended that you visit more often, based on your health (i.e., age, pregnancy, in a line of work that may cause regular discomfort/injuries, etc.). By returning every 4-8 weeks, it promotes wellness, and you may find true comfort in your day-to-day life.
